Many people can relate to having back pain at least once in their lifetime. In this workshop, learn to improve your self-use and the action of your core muscles, in order to move with power and ease, and create less stress on your back. Patricia will guide you in this Feldenkrais lesson that will engage your senses and curiosity, relax your nervous system, and improve your relationship/awareness with/of your back. You will also receive an audio file with a mini lesson to continue your exploration at home.


Instructor Bio:
Patricia Wahl Yoga began as a form of exercise for Patricia, but soon became her one of the best teachers in her life, and started her on the path of self-awareness. She received her 500 hour certification at Kripalu. Always wanting to learn more about movement and ways to prevent and treat chronic pain, Patricia began studying The Feldenkrais Method. The Method deepened her understanding of her movement patterns and consequently of her yoga practice. Her style of teaching reflects a blend of the two practices. Teaching others how to find ease in their movement and life is one of her greatest passions. Cancellation policy Workshop refund policy: Up to 7 days in advance deposit will be refunded by check, less 15% processing fee per person; up to 2 days in advance deposit minus 15% processing fee will be credited to your studio account for use within 1 year of cancellation; Less than 2 days in advance there will be no refund.
