Level 2 - Iyengar

This class builds on the skillful understanding that begins in level 1 but emphasizes developing more stability and balance, more advanced standing poses, and longer holdings and variations in inversions. It also includes more seated poses and back bends and an introduction to other categories of poses such as arm balances, twists, and restorative poses. It is helpful to have some experience with Iyengar yoga when attending but not necessary.
