This class allows students who are new, or have limited experience, to learn and practice yoga fundamentals, while offering experienced students an opportunity to re-root to the basics. New poses are introduced at a moderate pace to allow student growth and evolution in their personal yoga practice. This class is a combination of measured flow and hold with time spent on step-by-step explanation of how to create a pose with an emphasis on proper alignment.
