A healthy and strong spine is essential to full body health as well as emotional well-being. In this class, we use precise alignment cues as well as the support of various props to complete a well-rounded practice that can help bring awareness, strength and flexibility to the spine. This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioners, [including those with various back conditions such as scoliosis, mild herniations, and generalized back discomfort]. Students, however, should be able to get up and down from the floor without difficulty; no acute or major injuries or medical conditions please.
