This fun yoga based movement class is a great way for moms to rebuild strength postpartum, as well as bond with your baby. During this express lunchtime flow, we will be practicing yoga while baby wearing, using the baby as a weight, and also performing infant massage and gentle stretching with your little one. This class is open to moms and babies who are small enough to baby wear.
